Our staff is always available to assist you and answer any questions you may have concerning your account. If special arrangements are needed to help accommodate your financial needs, please speak to a member of our team prior to service. We will try to work out a suitable payment arrangement to help make your treatment more affordable.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will file insurance claims for you. We will make every attempt to help you receive the maximum insurance benefits entitled to you; however, you are personally responsible for your account. If your account has not been paid within 30 days, you will be billed for the remaining balance.
